How to avoid showing 0.00 text on a bar that has no value

Problem:
When a bar has no value (has zero as its value), the text "0.00" shows up in its place. How do I get rid of this? I don't want to show any text if the value is zero. 

Solution:
If you don't want to show "0.00" for a bar that has no value, then you're going to make use of rules in the valueBox (you can decide whether the value box will be visible or not based on the same values) as I've done in this demo.
