I want to a draw line by day (midnight). What configuration should I have to use?

Problem:
I want to draw a line by day (12:00 am) as you can see in the illustration below. How do I go around that?

Solution:
By adding a step of a "day" or "86400000" milliseconds on a time scale, you will pull off your desired outcome as you can see in the attached screenshot. Please use this demo for reference.
