Where do I go to edit the window that pops up for "Insert Record" so I can enter more columns than appear on the grid?

Problem:
My Database table has 32 columns. I only show 4 of them in the grid. Where do I go to edit the window that pops up for "Insert Record" so I can enter more columns than appear on the grid?

Solution:
You need to add a column for the filed you want to be filled out and then set the hidden attribute for the column.  It won’t show up in the grid, but it will show up in insert record. Please use this demo for reference. We've also attached an illustration for your reference.
