Is it Possible to Show Images Along the Curve of the Gauge?

Problem:
Using zingchart I am trying to create a 180 degree 24-hour clock for displaying current weather and a weather forecast. Basically it should look something like this:

But then as half a circle. I am trying to use the Zingchart gauge for this, but I am running into some issues, perhaps you can help me?

My questions:

Is it possible to show images along the curve of the gauge? I did manage to show labels, but I can't add an image inside a label. If it can't be done with a single gauge, perhaps adding a second gauge would work?
