How to format for currency on both the crosshairs and scaleY

How do I format currency on the Crosshairs and Scale Y?

Solution:

Currency formatting is enabled on scaleY by adding the format and negation attributes directly on the scaleY object. In the cross-hair, the currency symbol can be added to the contents of the text attribute of the plot-label object as you can see in the attached screenshot and demo.
