Rescaling Stacked Bar Chart

Problem:

I have a stacked bar chart and I like how the bar disappears when the legend is clicked, however, I would hope the overall stack gets restacked so they grow from the x-axis instead of having blank space.

Yes, it's possible. Inside legend, set toggleAction to 'remove' as you can see in the attached demo.
