Radar Chart Starting Axis

In a Radar plot, is there a way to change the starting axis from 12 noon to 30degrees?

Solution:

Yes, there is a way to change the starting axis from 12 noon to 30 degrees so the section between 12 noon and starting point is blank as shown in the images you attached. We can be able to do this with  refAngle and aperture. Attached is a demo for your reference.
