We do.  If you are okay using the branded license and don't require support just use the product with our link and small watermark showing and you don't have to pay us anything.  If you require support, need changes, etc. you will need a paid account.  We understand that start-ups and not for profit organizations may have some limitations, so tell us your story at sales@zingchart.com and we can see if something makes sense for you.
