Setting Fill Value for Area Chart

Is there a way to set a value to which chart should fill the area with color?

That's what I'm looking for, above 0 there is a red area and below 0 its blue area, but my question is, can I change that 0 to be, for example, 30? So everything above 30 is red and below 30 is filled with blue?
